About the team
The team consists of 28 colleagues and have 12 nationalities, who work as operator; manufacturing technician; warehouse operator etc. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. Be part of a small and dynamic team to ensure team work an development of the business. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety & security standards.
You work in a 3 shifts schedule (morning, late, night) rotating per week. Shift times are: morning shift 6:15 – 14:45; late shift 13:45 – 22:15; night shift 22:00 – 6:30.
About your future job
As manufacturing technician and warehouse operator, you have two different functions. Your main goal is to ensure that all maintenance on the machines are carried on smoothly with fast reactivity to maximize efficiency of machine availability. Secondly you are responsible for carrying out all the warehouse related tasks, which are described below.
Your main responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and trouble-shooting issues on the machines (mailer; shredder; folder; sheetfeeder; etc.) to ensure the machine is running smoothly;
- Installing machine-modules, doing adjustments on the machines and changing spare parts;
- Receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping and replenish stock when it’s running low in the production;
- Ensure a safe and clean production and warehouse environment.
Why you'd be a good match
- Mechanical background, electrical knowledge, like circuit boards, power supply is a plus;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Creative when dealing with issues and a team player;
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
