About the team
As Product Project Manager you lead a (core) team consisting of the Engineering Delivery Manager (who is managing the engineering Work Packages), Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Project Manager, ILS Work Package Manager and Series Test Manager.

About your future job
As Product Project Manager for Sensors you are responsible for set up and execution of the Product Projects in close cooperation with the deputy Product Line Manager. You are allocated to the segment Surveillance & Multi-Mission and you are responsible for realization of product activities within its time, budget and requirements constraints.

The main tasks are: 

• Provide a controlled and predictable execution of the Program;
• Are responsible for contact with and reporting to the relevant stakeholders (product segment management, (external) project management;
• Contribute to reviews, evaluations and product road map activities.

Why you'd be a good match
You have proven experience with working in a technical environment and affinity with technical products. As Product Project Manager you:

• Have relevant experience in Project Management of (complex) projects;
• Have a good skillset in project management methods;
• Have the ability to overview complex situations and to manage multi-task environments;
• Have excellent leadership skills;
• Are strong in motivating and structuring members of all levels;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Are fluent in English;
• IPMA certifications is a plus.
